'AWFUL experience here! Incompetent and rude customer service. Forgot my camera bag, and housekeeper stole it. Management never apologized. They were able to get camera back a few days later, but I was already home and had to drive 5 hours back to get it. Manager is rarely there and doesn't respond to phone calls.'

'Cannot recommend this property. All elevators were not functioning. Many stairs to reach the room in the first floor from the parking lot and to reach the lobby from inside the hotel. Bathroom had very limited counter space around the sink. Mattress was lumpy and needs to be replaced. Staff were nice and hot breakfast included was good. Old building needs updating.'

'Not a great experience. The bed was not clean — there were red stains on the sheets and several black hairs, which made me question whether the bedding had been properly changed. On top of that, I booked a room with one bed but was given two beds instead. For this price point, this is pretty unacceptable'

'The staff was great and very attentive. Rooms were nice. One of my complaints was the hot water situation. We were on the 5th floor and we had to allow the water to run for almost 10 mins to get hot and even then it wasn’t as hot as I’m used to at hotels. 'I enjoyed my stay at Fairfield Inn. Shuttle picked us up from the airport, driver was very friendly and helped us with our bags. We arrived earlier, our room was ready, and we were able to check-in early at no extra charge. Front desk lady was very nice. Breakfast was just ok, first day I asked if they had omelet without cheese and the lady said no. 'Hotel is prima. Ontbijt niet genomen. Personeel is vriendelijk, op één na. De receptioniste wilde ons geen water geven, terwijl we hier recht op hadden. e wilde dat we het moesten kopen in de market. Andere collega’s gaven vrijelijk water wanneer we erom voegen. Policy in het hotel is dat de kamer schoonmaak alleen op aanvraag gebeurd. Zijn we niet gewend vanuit Europa. '
