'Room was clean but the sink and shower drains smelled of sewage backup. The evening front desk guy is unprofessional and rude to say the least, and being a 3rd party owned hotel, shortcuts are made. 1 example is finding the one “master” light switch that turns everything on in the room. So we showered and whatnot by our phone lights. When we complained the next morning we were finally told about the “master switch”. When asked why we were not informed, it was oops, you should’ve figured...

'Good location, a bit loud/noisy'

'Wi-Fi was incredibly weak. I was unable - after several attempts - to register for free Wi-Fi with my the assigned Marriott account. The result was a 6.95/day charge - which I will dispute. The staff tried to assist but, the app still would not connect. Further, YouTube would open with no volume. However after several attempts (again), the volume finally appeared. This is my only valid gripe - inadequate internet connection. The staff was wonderful despite the circumstances. '
