'Room is very clean. Bed is comfortable. We are fam of 4, two adults and two teens, really enjoys the hotel for two nights visit to Providence. 7 minutes to shopping center. We love the breakfast. We will come back here again . '

'The welcome building is terrible. After a long drive we needed to use the restroom. It was behind the check-in desk and worst than a gas station restroom. Toilet couldn't flush and it was dirty and unkept. The outside of the property is in need of repairs. Very shabby looking. The first room we looked at was dingy looking and smelled stale. The second room was decent.'

'Home was quaint. Kitchen was complete with everything needed for cooking. Large refrigerator. Back yard has a swing set and a fire pit. Side yard had a tire swing. One master bedroom, and two twin beds upstairs. Living room has two couches. Location of the house was perfect. Close to most everything. The tree house restaurant is close by, very good! And of course don't forget iggys right near the water. '

'We had a fabulous time! It was nice to be able to travel with the dogs and having the fenced yard made it great for the dogs. We were able to visit all our relatives w/o displacing anyone, like before.We will be coming back!'

'Horrible host. On the second night, she and her boyfriend were talking at the top of their lungs and playing loud music. When I texted her about the music she claimed I was hearing her TV, but we could clearly hear her asking Alexa to play specific songs. This went on until 1:00 a.m. when I finally fell asleep. Don't stay here if you want to get any sleep! It was so awful we left a night early.'
