'Great place, responsive owner, close to everything you need! We love the Friendship/Waldoboro area, with Jameson Point Lobster a favorite eat-out trip, DownEast feel without the drive. We contacted Rebecca before our stay re. kayaking from the property, and with a quick response she laid out the tidal limits, a tide table for our stay, and places to launch; all accurate and honest, by the way. Turned out to be very easy, plus a long hose that reached down the lawn to help us wash off the boats...

'The cabin was nestled far enough back from the road with great surrounding trees that it felt very private and quiet. We loved the cabin, it was clean and cute and had everything we needed! Perfect town for a quiet getaway, beach, history, dining, it was perfect!'

'Amazing location. The cabin is EXACTLY as described. It was WELL STOCKED with commodities that we needed to be comfortable. Plenty of towels and linens etc. The kitchen had just about every gadget and item we needed to have great meals. We cannot say enough about how PEACEFUL this location was for us. The sounds of nature abound, both of land and sea. We spent as many nights as possible out at the fire pit, watching the sun set and enjoying the star filled sky. The stars are unbelievable....

'This was our second visit to Peter’s lovely cabin. The location is perfect. The waterfront views are beautiful and there is lots of comfy outdoor seating. The kitchen is well stocked and appliances are new. The location is convenient to a supermarket and to downtown Booothbay. Lots of good restaurants nearby. The Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens are a must see! Peter is a wonderful host and we will return for sure. '
