'The place was great! Fit our party of 9 adults, 3 kids, 3 babies, and a dog comfortably! The kids/babies stayed safe upstairs in a very spacious open concept, and on the freshly stained decks with the use of some baby gates. Kitchen was well equipped with cookware, utensils, plates, cups, etc. convenient location within walking distance of the grocery store, restaurants, and shops. 'Marshmellow is the perfect name for this house. It is located on a street in a quiet neighborhood. It’s a little further out, but the beauty of Ocracoke is that even the further out houses are only a mile or two from town. The house was clean and perfect for a family of four!'

'Spacious 2 bedroom with twin loft. There are 4 window A/C units: Bedrooms (2), Open Loft (1) and Kitchen area (1). Very hot when arrived because maids leave units off, but surprisingly COOL after a some time. Temp was very comfortable and I'm an A/C gal. Towels provided and Bed Made...awesome! Highly recommend.'

'The house and property were fantastic. Scott was always quick to answer any questions or issues we had. Having access to the water was a big plus. The bugs weren’t as bad as other reviews said, but we were there at the end of June. Normal mosquitoes and a few horse flies, but you’ll find that anywhere near the water. We had kayaks delivered from a local rental company, which I recommend. They have their own private boat ramp if you have your own boat as well. The property is big and private....

'We really enjoyed our stay. There were a few small issues day 1 that maintenance responded to immediately. They were quick and friendly. The house it's self had a good layout and decent bedding. The water was hot for the shower so that was great. Water pressure was decent. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all week. '

'We vacation every year with our best friends. As the kids get older, they want more freedom and what is better than fishing in-site? And bait & tackle in walking distance? This house has enough space for everyone - and plenty of decks! We all enjoyed kayaking, fishing, and paddle boarding around the sound whenever we weren’t on the beach. And the decks allowed us to watch amazing sunrises, sunsets and lightning that lit up the entire sky! In addition, the owner was fantastic at communicating...

'Great location. Right next to beach access. Spacious parking. Plenty of kitchen amenities (cooked for 7 the whole time). Ocean front and easy to see the pier from the deck. Love the quiet hours for neighborhood. Keypad lock made it easy for us to come and go from the beach in groups. Convenient private outside shower and rinse station. Within delivery range for pizza from Buxton. Close to the grocery, gas, & emergency beach supplies. Easy TV login for streaming services. Easy to use hot tub....
