'Do not rent this place! There are electrical problems! 4 rooms downstairs had no heat and no lights in the bathrooms except a floor lamp that flickered and didn’t reach inside the bathroom! I’m pretty sure floor lamps are hazards in bathrooms. The showers and tips were nasty and stained. One lady flipped her light switch on and sparks flew out and she got shocked. Another lady fell all the way down the stairs which are barely wide enough for a child’s foot. There are nails sticking out of where...

'We loved our stay here. Although the neighborhood was interesting, the house itself was stunning with beautiful updates and plenty of space for our group!! The hosts were incredibly responsive and ensured we had everything we needed during our stay. Checking in and out was an easy process. '

The upstairs loft with 4 beds has no window coverings and it is impossible to sleep beyond sunrise. However, the home layout and decor is quite tasteful and modern. It could be stunning...

'Stunning views! The home was wonderful for our family. It is well built and insulated from sounds so we all slept great. Just 15 min from downtown Grand Lake where we enjoyed dinners, played on the beach and rented a boat. '

'The Chalet was good, bathroom is VERY small, stairway & upstairs is small, not able to stand up and get dressed upstairs, bathroom size is like an small RV size. As I do understand security, I did feel uneasy knowing we arrived early and were just sitting on the deck glad to be out of truck of a 9 hour drive, and owner emails and wants to know if we want early check-in.
