Upon check in we inquired about transportation to the Red Rocks and Audrey working the desk gave us the name of a 3rd party service…our driver was wonderful! '30% of parked cars had no permit. The lot was completely full and we drove around for 30 minutes before we found the farthest parking spot away from the door. We paid for the hotel and the parking space. This is inadequate and unwelcome and not customer centric.'
