'The hot tub is broken but the staff say the heated pool makes up for it. The delux room didn’t feel delux as its basic and same as a standard room is. The room was slightly dusty and bathroom counter still looked like someone shaved there at one time. Had to argue with staff about breakfast times as their pamphlets in the room says till 10 o clock but the staff thought it ended at 9. THE STAFF DIDNT KNOW THEIR PAMPHLETS IN EVERY ROOM SAID 10. '

'The bathroom toilet did not flush. My husband had to fix the chain twice! It was very disgusting ! The bathtub , I needed a step stool just to get into the tub to take a shower!! I’m only 6 ft and the tub was ridiculously high!! Also the tv didn’t work. Talk to the young gentleman at the front desk and the only thing he said was “ I will talk to my manager “. I will Never stay there again nor would I recommend anyone to stay there!'
