'Rooms a bit dated, if you don’t have room fan/air running you can hear conversations clearly from next room, amongst other things. TV in our room was not watchable, screen constantly freezing & becoming pixelated. Bathroom sink area, not enough room or shelf beneath to put toiletries. '

'Staff was rude and impatient. My husband and I felt that we were being treated unfairly and racist because #1 we paid for a king bedroom with a sofabed and they put us in a 2 queen bedroom on the 3rd floor. When we got to the room and noticed that it wasn't what we paid for, we called the front desk and told them and she was very rude and trying to rush us off the phone.
