'The staff were amazing! But that’s where it stops. The rooms were very wore in and there was blood or something on the mattress protector on one of the beds. It all felt grime and dirty. The towels were very clean. We had an issue with the housekeeping attendant just opening the door, it was checkout day, but it was so early in the morning, breakfast was still being served. We won’t stay here again.'

'Mooie plek, naast de Gateway Arch. Fijne omgeving dichtbij evenementen en winkels. Comfortabele kamer met fijne bedden en kussens. Tijdens ons verblijf waren 3 van de 4 liften voor o.a. onze verdieping buiten werking. Dit kan niet. Wachttijden enorm lang en collemliftcabines. Dit verwacht je niet bij Hyatt. Verder prima. Ontbijtbuffet kost inmiddels 24 dollar, maar is goed, vers en uitgebreid. '

'We waren er op een vrijdag terwijl er een honkbal wedstrijd was, dus het was erg druk in het hotel. Zeker bij het ontbijt was het zoeken naar een tafeltje. Voor de rest een prima kamer.'

'My husband and I stayed here for a weekend get away to celebrate our anniversary. Check in was wonderful MJ was so caring and helpful. On the other hand we went to the very overpriced market in the lobby and the lady at the front desk who checked us out barely acknowledged us and seemed irritated we bought something. 'Was not a bad location. Rooms were clean and check-in was easy. The only down side is we were unable to use the pool. It closed early. Then we were told it would open in the morning, but it opened late because the maintenance was late to get started and we were told they weren't letting anyone in.'

'The only downside I would say would be the espresso machine in the hotel room instead of an actual coffee machine, and the park beside the hotel has a bit of possibly a drug/homelessness problem. Oftentimes we did not feel comfortable walking near it or outside but the abundance of staff around made it better.'

'This is essentially an amusement park hotel. Very nice and beautiful but many areas were crowded with children. Everything else was great.'

'Be prepared for the dress code standard at this property, collared shirts required at the bar and restaurant no hats in the lobby. you must be well-dressed to lounge in the lobby although it is permissible to traverse the the lobby in street clothes provided you don't work there the rooms are made available to guest but are owned by the Missouri athletic club and it has Country club type rules it's an excellent place to stay but be prepared for this before booking.'

'No breakfast, there was no food. Coffee out. Staff only refilled everything when a customer came to front desk. 3rd floor hallway smelled like marijuana. We stayed two nights and asked cleaning staff to just replace towels and washcloths, they acknowledged what we wanted, but didn't action. We understand the low cost equates to less options, but the basic options, like breakfast and clean towels are expected.'
