'The access to the property was poor. No communication was sent with access information.I had to initiate how to gain access. Had to wait 2 hrs to get in. There were no bathroom towels. We were 4 guest. No extra blankets. Dirty cleaning supplies were not put away. Obviously not clean.'

'My son and I spent two nights in the trailer. For a glamping experience, the trailer met our expectations. The trailer is in a nice spot, at the end of a road, with a fire pit and screened-in porch(which we took full advantage of). We were attending Mosport and did not have a chance to explore the property or use the amenities, and cannot comment. There were some issues communicating through VRBO, but the host was responsive and accommodating.'

'I booked 7 months in advance. Three months prior to stay I had a change to my travel plans. I requested cancellation of the first night of my 9 night stay to accommodate my itinerary. I was told it was not possible. I sent them a copy of their own policy that showed it was allowed. Carstin (the property manager, I presume) said that they would discuss the request with “the team” and keep me posted. After 5 weeks of not hearing from him, I requested an update on the cancellation request status....
