'Everything was great with the exception of the noise from the doors closing in the middle of the night. When we tried to close our own door without making noise, we couldn’t… so maybe some small adjustments would fix it ! We’ll be back !! Thanks '

'Yes the rooms spotless, but I did find the heating system wouldn't stay warm enough. I had to keep adjusting it. And using the TV was just silly. having to scroll up and down by single number... But the service was great, I loved the silent elevator, and breakfast was really appetizing with lots of choice.I was treated with respect and kindness and would definitely stay with you again.'
