'Excellent place to stay in Paris for a couple of days'

'Unfortunately, our experience in this apartment was very disappointing.The Wi-Fi was not working properly, which is a major issue, especially when internet access is expected during a stay. We informed the host and provided the requested details, including a photo of the modem, but the support received was very limited and not effective. We were simply told to restart the modem, even though the problem remained unresolved.There was also a fan in the apartment, but when we mentioned it was not...

'Tolle Lage, gemütlich, großartige Kommunikation. Die Schlüsselabgabe und -abholung war einfach, aber ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass sie näher an der Wohnung ist. Die Unterkunft sowie Handtücher und Bettwäsche hätten etwas sauberer sein können. Die Lage ist fantastisch, perfekt für einen kurzen Städtetrip. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und ideal, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war hervorragend und hat alles sehr einfach gemacht. Der Schlüsselübergabeprozess war...

'We had a brilliant time staying in Paris, and the apartment was really well located. The communication around checking in was easy to understand, and a follow up to make sure we had made it ok was a nice touch. The apartment was really clean, well equipped and the three double bedrooms was something not many other apartments could offer. The only issue we experienced was not being able to work the aircon in the apartment. Possibly broken, or possibly user error…I’m not sure which one.'

'I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience was extremely disappointing. The apartment looks much better in the photos than it does in reality. While I liked the neighborhood and surrounding streets, the entrance to the building is a long, dark hallway that feels neglected and unwelcoming. The biggest issue, however, was the digital entry system. After returning from dinner one evening, the digital key stopped working, leaving my family locked outside the building for almost two hours...

'The apartment was well located with easy access to restaurants, the river, Bateaux Bus and Museums. However, check-in required retrieving the key from a lock box at a laundry with no human contact, the key was not available until the exact checkin time. Same procedure for check out. Anyone renting this apartment should be advised in advance that there are no “amenities” ie no soap, no paper towels, no tissues,no shower supplies and remarkably NO TOILEt PAPER. We had to go shopping...
