'Very pleased with our stay at the Seattle Downtown AC Hotel. Staff is excellent and the manager quickly changed room for us when first room view looked at duct work and interior of building light well. No problems at all and would stay again.'

'Hotel was nice and clean. Parking is an issue, and you can only park in the street from 6pm-8am for free. Otherwise your only options are to use the expensive valet or park elsewhere. Hotel was a good experience though'

'Lots of food options. Walkable to many places so got to make use of our parking fee. Front desk was very accommodating and housekeeping was quick. Walls were not noise cancelling as we heard thumps above us and housekeeping vacuuming in rooms down the hall. Overall, I’d stay again. '

"We stayed here for 4 nights in a suite on the executive floor. Honestly, I couldn’t tell what was “executive” about the floor; it was just like any other corridor. The high price did not match the quality we received. We travel a lot to various countries, and this hotel stood out in its mediocrity.
Upon check-in, we were informed that housekeeping was only done every other day. The parking was expensive, and the garage was mediocre at best. The room had a musty, almost dirty smell. Cleanliness and hygiene were severely lacking, with linens and towels that were musty and of low quality. The shower gel was empty, and when we inquired about it, the first response was that they were short-staffed. In my opinion, staffing issues should not become the customer’s problem.
During off-hours, we saw a staff member lounging on one of the sofas, scrolling through his phone. While I understand everyone needs a break, this should not be done in view of guests.
If you plan to use the sparse breakfast, make sure you’re on time as they close the doors promptly."
