'This property is very clean, bright, well appointed. It is located in a very good neighborhood with restaurants, food and drink stores nearby. It is lovely to watch the wild birds on the canal. The host is kind and efficient. Please take note, if you have mobility issues, the stairs are steep and narrow. I enjoyed this apartment in this location very much!'

'10 stars!!! This property is perfect. Extremely clean, stylish, very comfortable beds, ac kept it really fresh, and it even had an amazing fragrant smell. The property manager Marion was always available, friendly and helpful. Fantastic location for sightseeing and only a 5 min walk to the bus that goes directly to the airport. This property is honestly perfect.'

'The property was probably the best equipped rental that I have stayed. Arild has thought of everything and more. Clean, well furnished and in a convenient location: metro and supermarket round the corner, trams a short walk and right by the Amstel river with a lovely neighbourhood vibe. It was a pleasure to stay there. Communication with Arild was excellent throughout and he was very accommodating.'

'Diese Unterkunft war inexistent - Es war im Bestätigungsemail eine Tel.Nr. hinterlegt. Als ich da angerufen habe, wurde mir gesagt, dass sie keine Zimmer vermieten... War somit ein Fake! Hat grad etwas Stress verursacht... gut bin ich nicht dorthin gefahren! '

'Beautiful, spacious apartment. 2 adults and 2 kids. Walkable to most of the must-do things in Amsterdam proper. Sebastian was amazing and responsive. Easy check-in and helped us get a cab to the airport at check-out. 10/10!'

'Dana was the perfect hostess and her boathouse was lovely. We had absolutely everything we needed and more. She really thinks about everything and is so toughtfull. 'We moesten terplekke ook nog extra cash betalen. Het zou een 4-persoons huisje zijn, wij waren met 3 pers. Daarom moesten we extra betalen terplekke. Voor de oppervlakte v.h. huisje is het schandalig veel geld. Wij voelen ons daarom wel opgelicht.'

'This was my first VRBO so not sure what to expect. Note that it's basically a private hotel and not a personal property. Rather than get an email with access and wifi instructions, you just check in with Mario when you arrive and he gives you everything you need. The location is excellent. Close to everything. The features are great. There was a Nespresso with pods provided. Also tea, creamers and sugar. Towels, Kleenexes, dishwashing soap, etc all provided. All we bought was food from a grocery...
