'The property was listed as “quaint and cozy,” which is accurate. We had concerns about the safety of the stairs, which were very steep and poorly constructed. A dehumidifier in the kitchen area blocked the oven door and a few electrical outlets raised concerns about safety based on the location of outlets. 'The barn proved to be exactly as promised. Simplistic with all the modern necessities. It was quiet, with beautiful views of country living. We watched deer and turkeys in the yard grazing. The bed was comfortable with soft sheets and comfy pillows. We would gladly book another stay here.'

'Rachel was a rock star responding to questions!! Clean, excellent location. We were able to use the garden hose to wash our motorcycles and a big bonus to be able to park them in the garage. Would stay here again in an instant if we return to Sturgis.'

'This was a perfect non-hotel option for our road trip. It was a nice quiet neighborhood and perfectly located for easy access to downtown. Small kitchen allowed us to store foods and start our day with breakfast. The bath was perfect and the upstairs area was comfortable. We didn’t have time for the hot tub with full days of tourist activities, but it looked very inviting and was convenient. We had a great stay, and would highly recommend!'

'Restaurants very close. We walked. Room is great for 2 people. 2 kids could sleep on the pullout couch. Appreciated the smart tv. There is a hair dryer . No laundry. Base camp is a good name for it. A place to flop after a day outside. Nice mattress. Beautiful murals on doors. I felt safe as it was right next to a bank and I noticed a police car in adjacent parking lot. '
