'This was a perfect home base for our time in the Black Hills of SD. Plenty of space for 2 couples. The cabin was stocked with everything (& then some) you needed. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub at the end of the day. The views and wildlife were amazing! Check in was easy and communication with the owner was quick. Would highly recommend this place. '

'Rooms looked and smelled clean. Sheets and towels were bright white and smelled freshly laundered. Property managers were cordial, easy to get ahold of, and accommodating. There is a small fire pit near the rooms, and there are grilling options available if you want to go that route. It is right on the outside of Hill City and an easy drive to Rapid City, Custer, and Keystone. We will DEFINITELY stay here again! '

'BEAUTIFUL property just outside of charming Custer City! So close to the Black Hills and all the best attractions. Chuck and Christine are wonderful hosts. We stayed with our dog for three nights and enjoyed every minute. We would definitely go back for a visit there! '

'Mile High Cabin was just what our family needed! We had three family units and the accommodations were more than adequate. The sites and activities we enjoyed were easily accessible from our cabin. There’s were multiple activities that could be enjoyed inside on the rainy days and when we needed down time. The kitchen was fully equipped for us and spacious enough for multiple people helping prep. We all want to come here again!'

'We came to bike the Michelson Trail, which runs right behind the property. Easy to jump on and bike in either direction. We enjoyed the back deck and fire pit and grill at the end of the day. The location is super convenient for all Black Hills adventures. Super close to Crazy Horse and Mount Rushmore. '

'Very nice place, easy to get to from Hill City, can walk to town (except no sidewalks and a bit of a hill coming back), the traffic on the road in front was not bad; weather was perfect. Enjoyed a lot of what the Hill City area offered, including a hike to top of Crazy Horse.'
