'This is a cute little apartment in a charming location. Brianne was friendly and responded quickly to questions and issues with WiFi. I do think the listing should be adjusted to be clearer about the following: 1) The bedroom, while large, is on the floor above the rest of the apartment, with a long and steep flight of stairs down to the bathroom; 2) The only window in the bedroom opens onto a fire escape that reaches to the ground, so we did not feel comfortable leaving it open and found the...

'Easy one-half block walk to Bowdoin College and the unit itself was quite clean though pretty basic in terms of furnishings and decorations. Shower stall was very tight with a low shower head. There was a laundry machine but no laundry detergent, at least not that we could find. Would come again but might try one of the other units next time. We were in an upstairs unit which I would describe as clean but no frills. '

'Missing some creature comforts - no Kleenex/tissues, no blow dryer, ice cube tray was cracked and broken and there was only one. Had to buy all of these items. There were no instructions regarding the garbage or recycling we took the garbage out to the garbage bin when we left. Front door and door lock are not very secure, door doesn't latch securely you have to really pull/push it shut, and the lock is hard to lock from the inside. 'It gave us a home away from home where we could bring our grandchildren. It was clean and had easy access to Brunswick. I would highly recommend it for the price. '

'Nice little cottage, lots of sun, great layout, full kitchen which is so important to me, and less than a block to the commercial center! Plenty of parking, easy to unload and load my car, only a step up or two into the property which was perfect for my very small dog. '

'The inside was great. Roomy. Needs a larger coffee pot for a large place. Outside stairs needs improvement. Close walk to the main town with shops and restaurants. Quiet area for the most part. Maybe update the bathroom essentials. '
