'The rooms are rather old and in need of a refurb: blinds on window (in two separate rooms) did not work, and in both rooms the safe was broken. I had to ask on three separate occasions to have house keeping clean the room and replace towels etc. House keeping eventually cleaned my room on the 4th day, despite the first request on day 2. This is not a low cost hotel, and I expected better. I would not stay here again'

'Hilton used to be real banner of quality, now it is not. Someone’s hair in room, expensive breakfast to order and what’s more they charge parking even we didn’t use parking at all as we didn’t have a car.'

'No microwave in the room. No creamer for coffee at the breakfast they provide. I got stuck in the elevator for about 40 minutes. None of the emergency phones or equipment in the elevator were working.'

'The breakfast was amazing and the staff was helpful. However, the only issue that I had was you couldn't walk on the actual carpet in the room. After taking a shower or anything of that nature. The carpets need steamcleaned bad. Your feet would stick to the floor/ get dirty all over again. My room had, multiple things patched like the wall and shower tiles. But for the cost of the room, I wasn't that upset with the patches. The main concern was how dirty the carpet was.'
