'House was very nice. Super clean and neat. Great backyard. Pool was beautiful, a bit too cold to use this time of year but a nice backdrop to sitting around visiting and having drinks. Bath towels were wonderful. Only complaint is that with that many people (5 men), would have been nice to have more than 1 decent sized frying pan to make breakfast. '

'Ashley is a great host. The small farm was awesome with the 2 KuneKune pigs & even her silky rooster was fun as he came to great us as we were putting our luggage in the RV. The RV was spacious, clean and very comfortable. We did have to purchase a small folding stool so my wife could get into bed as she is short & has MS. I would give this 5 stars!! 'The room was decorated very nicely and immaculate.This property is on a very busy street, but the insulation keeps most of the traffic noise out.The listing says that the room has a/c. It does have a/c but you have to ask the host to turn it on and off.Host was responsive and kind. '

'Fabulous stay. My family truly enjoyed our stay at the Sage House. The host was extremely responsive. The house was beautiful and accommodated all of our needs. We spent the nice days outside by the pool, it was peaceful and relaxing. We really enjoyed being so close to downtown Gilbert. We could walk to every where we needed. 'From A to Z, 217 Bruce was a home away fromhome. Number it sleeps to the decor, board and card games, to outdoor pool and yard games. Everything you need for your vacation home rental. Kitchen, bedroom and bathrooms had everything you need to feel like this is your home. Literal 5-8 minute walk from gorgeous downtown Gilbert with nightlife, and morning market. We loved this home. Will definitely book again when we see family in the area. Highly recommend and Cathy was attentive and cared for us...

The host was accommodating and answered questions very fast which was really appreciated.
