It has a brand new luxury kitchen with quartz worktop, 5 burner induction hob, integrated dishwasher and fridge freezer. A mezzanine was built in the kitchen and the main bedroom to give extra space. There are cast iron bath tub and underfloor heating in the bathroom.
The space
The flat is on the second floor of a Victorian building. In the spacious hallway, there is a wardrobe for guests to hang up their coats and jackets, a ladder unit with some games.
In the master bedroom, there is a double bed. There is also a single bed on the mezzanine level. There is build-in wardrobe under the mezzanine. There are also a desk, a computer chair, and two velvet chairs in this master bedroom.
In the guest bedroom, there is a queen size bed and a built-in wardrobe. There are also a ladder unit and a velvet chair in this guest bedroom.
In the living room, there are an oak and glass dining table with velvet chairs, a 3 seater and 2 seater velvet sofa, 50in smart TV with netflix, Amazon Prime and Youtube. There is also a Nintendo Switch with a few games.
In the kitchen, there are fridge-freezer, induction hob, touch screen hood, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine. There are pots and pans, plates and bowls, cutlery, iron and iron board. There is also a breakfast bar with two bar stools. In the kitchen there is also a mezzanine, with underneath for storage and upper level for a 1.2 meter sofa bed.
In the bathroom , there is a cast iron bath with overhead shower. Underfloor heating can be operated from the touch panel outside the bathroom. Big sink units with large illuminated mirror is at the entrance of the bathroom, and toilet at the back of the bathroom. There are plenty of shelves, storage and hooks in the bathroom.
