'The house was very nice and the host provided many creature comforts like lots of towels, night lights, basic cooking supplies, plenty of dishes and glassware, a water filtering spout on the kitchen sink. The location was beautiful and peaceful. Access to local beach areas was very close and easy. Unfortunately, the kitchen faucet was in need of replacement. 'The cottage acted as the perfect base for our little weekend getaway with friends. Positioned well on Kent Island, and with plenty of parking for three sedans, it was very easy to get from place to place. The space appeared to be similar to an in-law suite, just big enough to move around while being compact and cozy. 'We wanted to celebrate my wife’s birthday with some friends, and a bushel of crabs…and what an incredible house to host a special occasion. The kids had the water/mini beach and plenty of yard space to play; there was a space outside to eat the crabs; and the house was incredibly clean and inviting. '
