'The whole process was smooth. They live walking distance to a pub, Betsey Ross house and many of the tourist sites. They have little touches like hygiene items, spices, coffee included. We also enjoyed the roof top patio for a drink and views of the Delaware River.'

'This is a wonderful property. The hosts communicated so well prior to our arrival that we easily found the property and parking. The property was spotless and the high ceilings and roof top deck made it feel very spacious. The parking spot was a great bonus too!'

'Book this condo, you won’t be sorry! Location looked a little scary for a small town girl new to Philly, but once we were in the condo, it was excellent! Very clean, surprisingly quiet, spacious, plus lots of extra touches I appreciated (coffee pods, shampoo, etc). And the location is actually outstanding! 'I would not recommend staying at this apartment. Upon arrival. The entryway needs some cleaning carpet was dirty walking up to the unit. Inside the unit, it was not clean very well. Kitchen counters were sticky. Remote control was covered in something and you didn’t even wanna pick it up. The kitchen cabinets were completely empty. There was no pot holders. Tea towels, utensils really of any kind. There was no stock of paper towels or tissues. The coffee bar needed to be refilled and stocked,...

'The home is as described and is lovely! I will certainly stay there again when I visit Philly. The hostess is very responsive and kind. The home has everything you need and is very clean. It is also very quiet and the beds are wonderful. It’s a 5!'
