'My family and I stayed at this home for a week in July and had a wonderful time. The house is spacious, comfortable, and well-suited for a group—our party of nine had plenty of room to cook, dine, and relax. The lower level feels like its own apartment, with a bedroom, full bath, wet bar, and games like ping pong, foosball, and darts. The home is located in a quiet, wooded area where we often spotted deer in the yard, and it was stocked with helpful extras like beach chairs and inflatable rafts....

'House is very nice, well kept and clean. One AC upstairs along with fans kept it plenty cool. Gaining initial access was WAY too complicated since you had to rely soley on app instead of receiving the code via text (since I was driving I couldn't access info ahead of time). Driveway could be better marked instead of sending google map link (see outside pic attached - it will be easier to identify you have the right place!). 'Fantastic stay. Quiet area, close to Narrowsburg, friendly neighbors. Super clean, fire pit area is very nice and we love the hot tub after a day on the river!'

'Very comfortable home. Check in and check out very easy. We had 7 people and had plenty of room. Home is well stocked. Homeowner is wonderful responding to any questions or concerns. However even though there is a fireplace and a fire pit you must get your own wood or pay 20.00. Be aware there are extra charges for not abiding by their requests.You must also pay 20.00 for leaving food in fridge,not discarding all trash etc. etc.'

'The Dream Lounge was a wonderful respite from city life. We loved exploring local nearby small towns and hiking trails. The cabin was cozy and we loved the board games - a nice nostalgic touch.'

We saw deer and eagles while sitting on the deck! The house is great! Nice fires on chilly evenings too! I hope to stay here again in the future.'

'The stay at Bella Vista was everything as advertised! The place was clean, peaceful and close to community amenities. We enjoyed the fireplace and watching the deer walk by the windows and driveway. The host was very responsive with any questions we had. We look forward to coming back in the summer or fall next time. '
