'Overall, the stay was pretty good. The lady that checked me in was excellent with customer service. The downside is when I came down for breakfast, the staff who was preparing breakfast was very rude to myself and other guests at the hotel. As I was warming up some food items in the microwave I pulled out my food to check it with the microwave door still open, as she walked by she slammed the microwave shut while I was standing there.
