'Location is perfect and pool is a real added value!!!'

'Vanaf de luchthaven hebben we een taxi naar ons hotel genomen. Als je Chicago wilt verkennen heb je geen auto nodig. De lokatie van het hotel is uitstekend. Bijna alles is op loopafstand. En met de Big Bus kun je eventueel de afgelegen attracties bekjken. Inchecken ging vlot. Mooie ruime kamer. Badkamer was netjes. Helaas geen inloopdouche, maar douchen in het bad. Prima. Ontbijt was prima. Je kunt je eigen wafel maken, er zijn bagels, sneetjes brood, muffins, roerei, worstjes etc. Geen...

'Old carpets in hotel, creating a pest oder . Hallways. We were placed on the 8th floor but did visit other floors to see if it was just floor 8 but it was in fact through out the entire hotel area where guest resides. Cleaning staff were perfect and helpful, breakfast was great, a step above continental. Checking in was annoying because we arrived at 2:45pm and was told we needed to wait my room was not ready yet, and then we turned at 355 our room was still not ready, but we noticed by 409...

'We enjoyed out short stay at the Freehand in Chicago. We were originally placed in a room on the 17th floor. However, the air conditioning wasn't working so they quickly moved us to another quad room on the 4th floor. The space worked great for my family of 4 adults. We also enjoyed talking with Selma at the bar while watching World Cup games.'
