'The Positives: An amazing, historic stay. If you get the rooms with the view it is stunning. The beds are superb. A fabulous meal and staff in the Wintergarden. EV charging - of sorts. Not so great: The staff we encountered in the Bistro & Bar were bordering on hostile. The food and drinks selection is minuscule there. 'The room was ok for the price. Downsides were; I couldn't park in front of my room, they didn't turn the heat on untill I arrived and in the middle of winter the room was freezing, and very draughty due to the open slat bathroom windows (it was frigid in the morning). The shower had shaving stubble on the wall, so cleanliness could've been better, and there was no bathmat provided for the freezing cold floor.
