'We were greeted in a very nice manner. The room however was outdated and there was a strange noise outside the room. When we complained about this we had an upgrade and that room was much nicer. Never book the cheapest room. We’ve enjoyed our stay but never had a 5-star feeling. Some staff were excellent but others had no idea how to treat a customer. 'Clean room, kids friendly atmosphere, but restaurants ( main and pizza one) still not good. Poor choice of kids menu, everything is very oily and not really for kids. We are here 5th time and it’s not that you are expecting in such big resort. Breakfast buffet is big, but not really interesting. Also the restaurant next to the water, which used to be good still closed. The only good one for us was Japanese restaurant, but it’s working not all week.'

'Tidy enough place, family room was very spacious. Seperate room for the kids with own tv. Microwave, jug & fridge (no oven) good price point reflective of property. Locks could do with an update to include a dead bolt. '
