'We were greeted in a very nice manner. The room however was outdated and there was a strange noise outside the room. When we complained about this we had an upgrade and that room was much nicer. Never book the cheapest room. We’ve enjoyed our stay but never had a 5-star feeling. Some staff were excellent but others had no idea how to treat a customer. 'Great little place in Kirra. We had room number 3 which was spacious with the exception of the bathroom. But don't bother about this, because you won't spend to much time there. Shower quality was great, but most of all, everything was up to par. Yes you could hear the road and airplanes, but the bed was great, and the airco quiet. and most of all, great coffee, nice people and a spacious fridge. The deck has a nice seating area, and towels you can borrow. Parking is free alongside the motel...

'Fantastic stay at Mantra Legends Surfers Paradise. Perfect location — easy walk to the beach, shops, plus loads of cafes and restaurants. Super friendly, helpful staff. Room was clean. Bed slightly uncomfortable but ok. Great atmosphere for families. Lifts can get busy at times, but nothing that caused real inconvenience. Loved the pool and gym facilities too. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again.'

'Finally a hotel with a soft luxurious bed! We stayed in a newly renovated king room and it was fabulous. Most hotels these days have hard mattresses and it’s a nightmare for my hips! I was so relieved when I laid on the bed and it was soft. The buffet breakfast was great too. A lovely weekend all round. '
