'De formule is voor ons een vreemde gewaarwording. In 14 dagen hebben we uitsluitend "service op afroep" gekregen. De omschrijving "beperkte service" is nog te hoog gewaardeerd.Er is (buiten de vriendelijke schoonmaakster) niemand te bekennen. Voor handdoeken, beddengoed etc. moet je daar contact mee zoeken en dan de spullen zelf ophalen. Er heeft geen schoonmaak plaatsgevonden. Afval ruimden we zelf maar op. Het is meer een "motel" dan een "hotel". We hadden wel een ijskast, diepvries, magnetron...

One of the queen beds had a significantly torn/almost shredded bedsheet that were still placed on the bed as per the standard (there's no way that the ripped portions in the middle of the sheets could have been missed by anyone when they're put on). 'My husband and I were visiting Plainfield on a business trip and absolutely adored staying at the Plainfield Inn. The location was continently located and we were able to easily walk to all the lovely local restaurants and coffee shops in downtown Plainfield. For such a historic building it is very well maintained, and we enjoyed the updated modern amenities (mini fridge, microwave, and spacious shower). I would highly recommend the inn for your stay in Plainfield!'

'Rustig, eenvoudig hotel. Extra voorzieningen op de kamer, zoals koelkast, koffiezet apparaat, magnetron, strijkplank/bout, haardroger, geven net dat beetje meer comfort. Waar de prijs toch redelijk blijft. Ontbijt is eenvoudig. Wi Fi werkte niet goed, maar wordt hard aan gewerkt om dit te verbeteren en per half april 2014 zou de nieuwe Wi Fi operationeel zijn/naar behoren funktioneren. Aanwezigheid van een zwembad maakt het hotel ook kindvriendelijk.'
