'Everything was good, except the staff ( female) at check out was lousy.. she doesn’t know her job and she did want the male colleague to help. It wasted 15 minutes of my time rushing to Daxing airport. !!!'

'The hotel looks small from the outside and the check in counter area is small, but the rooms are huge and very comfortable. They have a robot that delivers food to your room. Staff was friendly even though there were a language barrier but they went the extra mile to help.'

'Il faut savoir qu’il ne s’agit pas dun hôtel classique. Lorsque je suis arrivé la nuit il n’y avait personne et même si j’avais reçu les instructions par message pour accéder à ma chambre, j’avais un peu peur. L’environnement autour est de banlieue un peu abandonnée et l’hotel se situe à 40 minutes du centre en Uber (Didi en Chine). La chambre est grande et le lit très confortable. Une dame (la seule qui parlait anglais) a été très aimable pour nous aider à organiser notre transfert à l’aéroport...
