'Lights over sink didn’t work. Toilet very hard to flush. Corners were filthy. Electrical outlet pulled out of socket with power strip plugged in with TV, microwave and refrigerator plugged into it. Entering the room light switch didn’t work so had to plug the light into the fixture. Dirty towels were left on floor two days in a row. Had to go ask for clean ones. Advertising free breakfast but none was ever served. Faucet was dirty over the sink. A table lamp was provided for the sink area. We...

'This was an amazing experience!!! The dome was the cutest thing I’ve seen. The pictures don’t even do it justice!!!! The food was fantastic, I had crispy cheese & artichoke hearts. Delicious all around. Now let’s get to the superb staff, from the owner Missy to the bar with Lulu & Daneill and the ground keeper Carl everything was more than welcoming and accommodating. 10/10'

'The staff were extremely helpful, the food delicious, and the grounds and amenities were first-rate. Like many Victorian-era buildings, this one shows a little wear on the exterior. Other than that, a delightful stay.'

'The room wasn’t properly cleaned, upon checking out, I had to look for my baby’s shoe, and to my surprise there were items left in the room from another guest, up under the dresser I found a dirty pair of rolled up socks, the sleeper sofa, had a used bottle of lotion stuck down on the side of it, found a phone charger, the refrigerator wasn’t properly cleaned either.. other then that the stay was ok… 3/5 stars'

'We paid extra for a whirlpool tub and the tub did not work. When I informed the front desk I did not receive an apology or anything just an "ok I'll make a note" The mini fridge also did not keep the drinks very cold. But the AC worked very well! The evening staff was very friendly.'

'The rooms are ok but the staff is great, especially Amber, and if you get a good housekeeper that’s huge. They offer a nice breakfast but not many dairy free options so I was unable to enjoy it. No dairy free milks, yogurts, or fresh fruits if you are vegan or have a dairy allergy and that’s a bummer however they do have around the clock hot coffee which was a bonus.'

'Our recent stay at this hotel was dismal. We were given a handicapped room that we did not ask for. When I went to the front desk to ask for a different room we were told that the hotel was booked completely up for the next two nights. This was not true at all. There were countless parking spaces left when we came back in the evening and the next morning's breakfast was not at all busy. The eggs were powdered and had no taste at all. The sheer curtains on our windows were in tatters.'

'There was one elevator that was out of order for the three days we were there. The ice machine on the second floor was out of order... The pool was green and cloudy. Could not swim... The carpet in the room had many stains on it. Toilet seat was loose... The door to our room would not shut on its own. The was extremely difficult to open. We mentioned this and were told they were aware of it... There was a lounging sofa in the room. It was stained. We asked for a king-size sheet to cover it....
