'First of all, the location is great, but the room was impeccably clean and the location was a nice, quiet neighborhood. I've had other experiences with a "spare room" in someone's house, but this was on another level. There is no entry from the main house to your room, so it truly is a separate room. If I'm ever visiting Melbourne again, I will most definitely stay here.'

'We had a nice stay at the condo. Perfect for the three of us. Plenty to cook with and the washer dryer was a plus as we were traveling for quite a few days on the road.Location was excellent for us to enjoy different beaches and the pond view of different birds and turtles was fun.The host was excellent in communication and checking up with us.'

'We really enjoyed our stay. The home is beautifully set up with two master bedrooms and it overlooks a pond where you will see many animals like ducks, turtles and many birds. It was quiet and peaceful. The location was also good near so many places to eat and 5 minute drive to the beach and it allows dogs which was so fun to watch them play in the ocean! We will definitely be back. '

'The apartment was well-decorated and updated. We had all the comforts of home but felt like we were at the beach. The king sized bed was super comfy! We loved the private patio and outdoor chairs for morning coffee. Everything worked fine. Check in and out was super easy. Very clean space. Literally a very short 3 minute walk to the Atlantic side of the island and 9 minutes to the river side. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again. '

'Extremely satisfied. My wife and I have owned a home not far from here in Sebastian, and have family 1 hr south of here. We love stopping at Capt Hirams for lunch or dinner on the way home. I found this location that offered a more low key, short walk away from some of our favorite hang outs. Would highly recommend this location if you want something a little low key without the crowded resort style stays. Thank you so much for having us!The Juttons'

'Wasn't clearly stated it was a duplex, did not effect our stay. However owner of the property was there when we arrived and felt like he was lurking around a bit, not that we were doing anything wrong, just felt a little odd and kinda an invasion of privacy.'

"Just booked a balcony room through expedia. Was looking forward to the pool. When arrived there seemed to be construction works. All balconies closed, pool closed, no breakfast. When I looked again on the website it's mentioned in the fine print below. Who checks that when the description mentions a pool and a balcony. Very dissappointing for the highest price in the area. Also 2 strange hairs in my bed and an alarm clock with usb but no plug in the wall. Why is it even there then? Shower made a whistling noise and the connecting door moved with the wind. Great bed but didn't sleep well. Filled in a survey after check in but no response. Nothing was asked upon check out. I wouldn't recommend."
