The second-level room was comfortable, clean, and quiet, and the location is amazing, just a short walk to all the restaurants, cafes and shops that downtown Great Barrington has to offer. 'Properly marketed and described. No particular amenities (aside from WiFi), but lots was apparently available at the mother ship, in town. But I wasn’t there for amenities, and I expect most guests weren’t. Clean room, easy parking, my dog was welcome. Busy road out front, but set back far night that I never heard any noise from there. 'Basic motel totally renovated with simple but stylish furnishings. No one on premises but instant reply via text when we had trouble opening the keypad upon a return to the room. Nice location. Noise (from maybe kitchen fans at night from nearby restaurant ) took away from the quiet lawn setting with lots of Adirondack chairs. 'Prospect was a wonderful stay with very friendly staff. The property is very well maintained. We had a great time with the all the lake activities. Would definitely recommend for a quick getaway '
