'I loved this place!! The property was wonderful and the trip was exactly what we expected until the last day. It was raining and my friend slipped on the property right in front of the elevators. '

'Beautiful stay! We will be back. The parking area was a bit rough, but it could be water damage. But the grounds of the resort were beautiful. We stayed in a one bedroom, king. Full kitchen, nice to be able to get some groceries to save on breakfast or a light lunch. The Mahi Mahi bar was nice, decent pricing. No cash accept on property. Overall wonderful stay!'

'Beautiful property and rooms. However, at this price we were expecting 7 star service and that was not the case. The staff at the pool/bar/restaurant seemed to be bothered when we asked for service. They mostly congregated by the towel area and checked their phones more than they us. You can get far better service in other cheaper hotels. We were hoping to lounge and be take n care of but instead we were told about a 4pm last call (not offered anything) and when the birds took half the breakfast...

'Didnt like having to leave a $100 deposit for damages if any were found and being told that it would be refund to my card if no damages found but that this refund would not show in my bank statement. How is that??? To my knowledge if it is refund it should be showing in my bank statement, yes or no??? My stay was from 4pm to 2am was charged $242.34 plus $100 that I would like to see in my statement. Thank you.'

'Het eten en de service was erg goed! Wij waren er tijdens kerst en oud op nieuw. Tijdens de feestdagen waren er extra activiteiten zoals dat de kerstman langskwam voor de kinderen inclusief een cadeau voor ieder kind! Daarnaast was er een feest tijdens oud jaar met vuurwerk! Verder schone kamers en voldoende faciliteiten op de kamer. Verbeterpunten: er waren te weinig bedjes bij het zwembad (vooral toen het erg druk was), de airco maakte teveel lawaai (Wij deden 'm uit 's nachts). Overall kunnen...
