'Beautiful! Great option for families. Great pool and beach. The kids also loved the game room. The room itself was perfect. We have a 6 and 9 year old who slept on the pull out couch and the parents took the bedroom with a king bed. Having a full kitchen cuts down on the cost of eating out and we made breakfast every morning. The grocery store was about 3 miles down the road. I always felt safe with a front gate and security. 'Figured we'd stay in Mayagüez for a night and then head over to some waterfalls in the general area. I don't usually gravitate towards hotel chains, but the island is still on the mend from the storm of '17 and earthquake of '20, and Holiday Inn is doing a pretty good job of presenting well maintained and comfortable properties around the island. Bed was comfortable, room and facilities were in good shape, and it was easy access to grab a bite to eat in town. I'd stay there again.'

'I stayed at Costa Bahía Hotel several times and the have no complaints. They serve free breakfast, the rooms were clean, the staff was helpful, the casino was small in size and it could have more machines with better payouts.'

'Rooms were cleaned everyday thoroughly but my things weren’t touched, only things on the floor were organized like shoes. Which I respected a lot. The staff were all so nice and welcoming and accommodating especially with my kids, they were so kind and acknowledged my kids and played with them. Definitely family friendly. Pools and kids water park were nice. The cafe was 10/10, beach was 10/10(had lots of rocks in certain areas but some areas there weren’t any), food 10/10. Would definitely come...

'The location and views are excellent. The rooms are comfortable. However, upon arrival, the staff was not very friendly. We got there a bit early and had suitcases but the only option for us to hang out at the pool area was to bring our suitcases outside with us. I asked for the WIFI pw at the front desk and was told that there wasn't WIFI available. The next morning, we went to use the pool but it was shut down for maintenance.'
