'Front desk staff was very nice and room was clean and comfortable for an overnight stay!'

'Very helpful and kind staff, when I mentioned that the information about the airport shuttle wasn't correct online, the lady at the front desk offered to co.pensate for the confusion by giving us a breakfast voucher. The breakfast was amazing and her gesture was appreciated. The proxi.ity to the Ronald Reagan airport was also a big plus. After a long trip it was a short ride tp the hotel. All in all, a good experience and I would stay here again. '

'Hotel was nice. Rooms are spacious & clean. During our stay only 1 elevator was working and during the morning the staff hadn’t loaded up & guests weren’t able to use it much. Most guests were utilizing the stairs. Breakfast wasn’t really a “buffet” as mentioned. It a continental breakfast with bagels, toast, yogurt & cereal. Nice for the price-point.'

'Well, the Inn is centrally located but it needs work in several areas. When we checked in, the valet said leave your bags in the car in case you are not staying here. So I went in but left my ID in the car and the desk told me to bring by ID and bags in to get registered. Which I did, and then was told to bring my bags back to the car and drive to another inn! We drove to the other Inn (Maryland house) and found some 15 minute loading zone, and ultimately found an entrance on our third try. ...

'We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean, modern, and spacious, with a very comfortable bed. Every staff member we encountered was polite, welcoming, and eager to help. The location was perfect—close to local attractions yet quiet enough for a peaceful night's sleep. We will definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.'
