'If you have kids below 18 not ideal as the gym and pool have age limitation. Nothing to do on walking distance.. The hotel itself and rooms are great ... also the dinner options are great. '

'I ordered drinks that never came. The first one made it but the others that I ordered after, never arrived. I spoke to someone they assured me I would get my drink and it never came. When I asked one of the other ladies, she acted as though she didn’t want to be bothered. Other than that, all other staff were very polite and respectful. The room was blah! I had to clean our toilet, I was expecting a tub but nope! We got a half open shower with no sliding door. So my friend slipped coming...

'The room was ok looking , but the room wasn’t very clean , hair in the shower on the second day there was a roach in the room , I complained they gave me a new room and gave me 75$ food vouchers and I the new room there was huge ball of hair on the floor so they gave me a late check out , the staff took care of the situation but I would not come back again '
