'The cashier at the hotel supermarket has an extremely poor sense of service. The basic knowledge of the room attendants is all lacking. The room is too old. The bed is even collapsed.'

'We stayed in the Dolphin room; a convenient and clean room with outdoor shower. When showering in the evening you can see a sky with stars. Dragonfly ranch is an unique place with a nice, even spiritual, vibe. The staff is very welcoming. For the light sleepers; the frogs are really loud. One of us used earplugs which were provided. Breakfast was tasty. Overall we would recommend this lovely place.'

It is in a nice location by the ocean and the bar/restaurant was very enjoyable with good staff. 'Mostly very clean, except sliding glass doors. Would have cleaned myself but no cleaning materials on site. Wanted to love this place.
