'If I could give this place 6/5 stars, I would. The staff were SO helpful and they provided complimentary shuttle service to the train station, and to tianmen mountain.'

'The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and their service was very generous; they were always trying to assist and were excellent guides on our tours. I should clarify that the breakfast is very basic, I completely understand that, but Robbie and her husband deserve top marks for their excellent service.'

'Didn’t really like anything the picture is not the real hotel they put a picture of another building ( 72 wonders) the hotel name in English is different from the real name hotel , I had a hard time finding the hotel , taxi driver left me in another place, had to take another taxi and even when I found the hotel I thought I was in the wrong place , the location was also in a residential place with no restaurants around with English menu , the entire hotel smelled like an ashtray, people were...

'Great stay'

'We had a wonderful stay! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and we truly appreciated the complimentary room upgrade. The hotel is conveniently located near Tianmen Mountain, the train station, and the 72 Wonders, making it an excellent base for exploring Zhangjiajie. Overall, a comfortable stay with great service and a convenient location.'

'Great hotel. Excellent location.'

'I had chosen this resort because the pictures, and reviews looked good. I was here with my 2 adult kids . We got to the hotel a bit late from a day of exploring. Wish we did earlier. The place was nothing like the pictures showed. It looked run down. The towels were stained. We would’ve stayed at least for one day, but the noise for airplanes above us, the fireworks, and strange noises outside our room was too much to handle for us. We couldn’t stay.'

'It’s a nice basic hotel, nothing fancy but the golden ticket is : Amy!! What would I do without her help! She was absolutely fantastic! I was there for only 2.5 days and weather was iffy. I was a bit disappointed that my trip was going to be affected by the bad weather, Amy booked all my tour visits, shuttles and made great recommendations that will go according to weather. I was absolutely impress! She was able to squeeze all my bucket list items in the short time I was there, even with the bad...

'Really nice traditional hotel. The charm is compensating the modern comfort '

'AI control light switch is hard to use.'

'Perfect for the budget traveller. The address posted on here is wrong. Or at least that might be the address of the other building, they have two. The main address is: HunanZhangjiajieYongdingPengjiapu Unit, Guanli Road No.1-21. This is a family owned place, the husband speaks some English and is very helpful. The wife man's the front desk at the main building and the son on the other. Very clean and close to food and Tianmen Mountain Cableway.'

'The host was super helpful and nice, sent us itineraries for the places we were visiting. She also asked us what we would like and at what time for breakfast and made us delicious breakfast to our room. Room was clean and with a spacious, comfortable bed and big TV'
