Ha sido la estancia que más he disfrutado en mis vacaciones gracias a su hospitalidad, en verdad te hacen sentir como en casa, todo el tiempo están atentos a tus necesidades y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Los noodles en las mañanas y el café, exquisitos! Habitación grande, de dos recámaras en dos pisos, con todos los servicios 6 vistas espectaculares al pie de la puerta al cielo. En verdad gracias por todo! No puedo esperar a regresar! '

'Staff was so pleasant and helpful. Room is spacious, clean, quiet, bed is comfortable, comfortable pillows, good shower water pressure, and the buffet breakfast is a must!! The location is across from Tianmen Mtn entrance. Centrally located with walking distance to many restaurants. Also gave a sample jar of the city’s fine tea and a souvenir. Def would stay here again. Highly recommend.'

'Llegamos a las 9 de la noche y nos recibieron muy bien, súper rápido el check in, usó su traductor para entendernos mejor, nos dio una explicación muy explícita para el parque que visitaríamos, nos regaló un mapa, el cuarto muy limpio solo que olía mucho a cigarro pero pues eso es en todos lados. Volveremos en unos meses. '

'Was here for two nights after four nights up in Wulingyuan, very friendly staff, spoke enough English to provide guidance and suggestions. They helped me with my Tianmen Mt. itinerary, path suggestion, and transportation. Room is very cozy and neat, provides toothbrush, comb, shower cap, body wash and shampoo where many places in China don't supply. I just wish the room can be warmer during the winter.'

'Room was adequate and clean. I liked the location 10 minutes walk to South Gate or SW gate can’t remember but a main entrance to two parks I visited in the Wullingyang area. Close to the town area with lots of local restaurants around. They also offered to pick me up from Zhangjiajie train station complimentary. I enjoyed coffee and early sun on the roof deck with the resident cat. '

'omfortable, clean, and location is ok free airport and train station pick up if ask early and staff is very kind and helpful and gave advices on my Tianmen forest park. they also offer private taxi ride with a very good deals if asked ( Guilin to & from Yangsou ) Stayed there for 2 nights in April 2026 - Zhangjiajie'

'The service from the staff was exceptional and really was the highlight of the trip. Elvis and Felix spoke English and really helped us navigate the city, arrange rides and make plans. The location is beautiful and very relaxing, though the distance from the city made it a bit challenging to get food. The provided breakfast was excellent and the restaurant on site was also really good (but a bit pricey).'

'A very cozy and welcoming place to stay! The staff were incredibly warm, kind, and genuinely helpful throughout our entire visit. It felt very personal and family-oriented, which we really appreciated. They helped us with booking tickets, and when we accidentally forgot something in the room, they immediately offered to arrange sending it to our next hotel. The manager even walked us outside to show us a great local restaurant for lunch, which was such a thoughtful gesture. We felt very well...
