'The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and their service was very generous; they were always trying to assist and were excellent guides on our tours. I should clarify that the breakfast is very basic, I completely understand that, but Robbie and her husband deserve top marks for their excellent service.'

'It’s a nice basic hotel, nothing fancy but the golden ticket is : Amy!! What would I do without her help! She was absolutely fantastic! I was there for only 2.5 days and weather was iffy. I was a bit disappointed that my trip was going to be affected by the bad weather, Amy booked all my tour visits, shuttles and made great recommendations that will go according to weather. I was absolutely impress! She was able to squeeze all my bucket list items in the short time I was there, even with the bad...

'Didn’t really like anything the picture is not the real hotel they put a picture of another building ( 72 wonders) the hotel name in English is different from the real name hotel , I had a hard time finding the hotel , taxi driver left me in another place, had to take another taxi and even when I found the hotel I thought I was in the wrong place , the location was also in a residential place with no restaurants around with English menu , the entire hotel smelled like an ashtray, people were...

This is a family owned place, the husband speaks some English and is very helpful. The wife man's the front desk at the main building and the son on the other. Very clean and close to food and Tianmen Mountain Cableway.'

'I had chosen this resort because the pictures, and reviews looked good. I was here with my 2 adult kids . We got to the hotel a bit late from a day of exploring. Wish we did earlier. The place was nothing like the pictures showed. It looked run down. The towels were stained. We would’ve stayed at least for one day, but the noise for airplanes above us, the fireworks, and strange noises outside our room was too much to handle for us. We couldn’t stay.'

'Hotel was convenient for Tianmen Mountain cableway entrance. It is clean with nice rooms. Staff don't speak much English but were friendly and helpful. My only criticism is that they advertise a free airport shuttle as one of their amenities but this was not the case. When I asked to book it, the hotel staff said they did not offer this service.'
