'We used this house as our home-base for visiting Yosemite this summer. It's a great house with plenty of space and all amenities you need. We loved the fact is has a swimming lake as well. Our start was a bit clumsy since the cleaning lady was not finished with cleaning the house when we arrived and left it unfinished as she needed to fix her broken car. But the overall experience was great. Highly recommended!'

'Property was really nice. Fun and well appointed. Appreciated the extras in the kitchen. Plenty of supplies while we were there. We really could have used some air conditioning with the 100 degree weather, but utilized the pool and lake to cool off.'

'Very spacious living room and kitchen space. We never felt cramped in the communal spaces. Large back deck with plenty of seats'

'Host communicated well and was responsive. Some of the sheets smelled a little weird, the dryer wasn’t working, and WiFi was a bit spotty, The hot tub was fun for us though - huge plus!'

'We had a great stay at this lovely home in Groveland. The house was spotless and had all we needed for a comfortable visit. Nicholas promptly responded to all our communication. We had plenty of space for a group of 5 traveling together (it could sleep more if traveling as couples). Of note, you'll hear footsteps of the people walking on the floors above you, which is fairly standard of houses of this construction. It was not an issue, but if you are a light sleeper, you might want to bring...

'Amazing hosts with excellent communication. The Pascal family was amazing with us'

'Absolutely loved the house, was so comfortable and all the amenities in the house were as promoted on the listing. Daniel was fantastic in responding back right away. The only thing is wish I knew that the entrance into the community would be an additional 50 charge/week before the booking, felt the charge was too expensive as I only stayed for a night.'
