'This home was perfect for our family - it is on a quiet street and is convenient to all of our favorite STL spots. We also appreciated being able to walk to a local coffee shop and restaurant. The house itself is a classic Dogtown home but with nice updates. The living space was open and functional for our family. Finally, we appreciated Tommy’s responsiveness. My only caveat would be that if mobility is an issue or if you have small kids to bathe, the small bathrooms could be hard to navigate...

'The host was extremely helpful when booking the listing. The amount of detail made it easy to choose this one and know how well it would work with our family (we were traveling for a funeral). Sadly, an unexpected winter storm prevented us from traveling. The host was fair in how the refund was implemented. If we need to travel to this location in the future, this would certainly be a place I checked availability for.'
