'Great little place! Bay side oven views from the bed, caught fish from the privet dock, we even seen 4-5 Manatees at the dock one day and Dolphins around the dock a couple times. We drove to the beach and it was about 1 min. You could walk. The beach is beautiful very very beautiful.Our Host was very easy and available to talk with. Nice relaxed atmosphere. We would stay here again and highly recommend it. '

'The place was just as described. Very nice, convenient to everything, as well as clean & very quiet. Any questions I had were answered promptly. The bay was just across the street which was great for walks. My family lives in Gulf Breeze, and I plan on renting this place again when I visit. The thing I missed the most, the left over condiments, seasoning, coffee creamer, sweetener, etc. All the things we buy on a trip that we only need a little of & typically leave for the next guest. 'The condo was beautiful and the view was even better. The room was clean and felt homey. I love that everything felt secure. The only tiny issue was the bathroom door didn’t close all the way. Other than that I highly recommend.'

'We loved this unit . At arrival it was very clean , it smelled clean and the he rooms were neat. Location was great parking is under shade. Just a suggestion would be to have additional covers it got kind of chilly at night and we didn’t have additional covers. Also the stove sometimes wouldn’t heat as it should but we managed . I would stay here again! '

'Love this property!! Front desk is incredibly communicative and helpful. Direct beach access is great and the little hoses to spray off your feet when you come back across the bridge are so convenient. Pool is nice but only really sunny in the middle of the day. Only two elevators and they both have a stuck-button problem, but this wasn't a major inconvenience. Carts for unpacking and packing your car are plentiful and helpful. Balcony views are lovely, even on the side of the building. '

'Loved the location of this property. The views were outstanding and steps from the beach. The owner went out of her way to provide links to the local dog park and gave excellent restaurant recommendations. I really hope this property is available next year. '
