'The room had trash on the floor, used hand towels shoved near the toilet paper, mold inside the wall decor frame, moldy lamp shade on desk and wires visibly tangled in the bottom corner of the AC unit. All issues could be prevented easily with properly performing the daily duties.'

'We stayed at Indigo from 6/30 - 7/3.... It was our first time visiting the Gulf Shores and it was a great stay. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. The rooms were turned over daily and the hotel is in the perfect location. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to other friends and family'

'Bed comfortable bed linens stained and dirty * we brought our own anyways* ..room was musty we had to buy several air fresheners and ice machine was out of order'

'The front desk staff were very helpful. My 19 yr old granddaughter traveled with friends for a Senior trip to OWA and the staff were kind and helpful. It made her first solo trip a good memory. And, right by OWA. They traveled to/from the hotel to park and made it super safe.'

'We booked a room with two queen beds, but after traveling all day from Arizona, we arrived only to be told the hotel had overbooked and that our reservation could not be honored. Instead, we were given a room with one king bed. There were two of us traveling together as friends, so we specifically booked two queen beds because we each wanted our own bed. The front desk told us our only options were to stay in the king room for the first night and hope a two-queen room became available the next...

'Our experience matches the 9+ rating. The rooms and building are clean. It’s a convenient location. The included breakfast was very good. Front desk assistance was helpful and kind. There’s nothing negative I can mention at this time.'
