'A Husband and wife run the B+B. They were very welcoming to us. You could order breakfast the night before, for anytime between 7-9. It was made to order as well. The room had a super-king bed which was fantastic. The bathroom was very modern. The Lounge/dinning area is full of wonderful antiques. The house itself is over 400 years old. Overall, a great experience, happy to stay there again and have recommended it to other friends.'

'What a fantastic B&B, free parking right behind if you are lucky. The accommodation was lovely, the rooms are brilliant, our room (right at the top) was boutique style with a nice big bath in the room, great views out of the windows. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate making facilities in the room and a private toilet. Nice comfortable big bed with a big heavy duvet and plenty of pillows. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. 'I was going to visit the Brecon Mountain Railway and I needed somewhere close by to stay for the night. Luckily, I chose the Butchers Arms. The room was lovely and clean and the bed very comfortable. The food was filling and tasty and I had breakfast looking across to the start of the Brecon Beacons. The beer was wonderful especially the Butty Bach (little friend in Welsh). '

'Lovely B&B the rooms were spacious and well equipped. The breakfast was delicious and free parking, wi-fi and 10 mins drive to Hereford. The host Lorraine was brilliant and allowed early check in too, as we arrived early. Overall a great experience. Thanks'
