'My recent 2-day,1-night trip abroad Grand Pioneer Cruise with my husband and 2 other couples in Ha Long Bay was spectacular. From the moment we checked in at the waiting lounge, stepped on board to final farewell, every detail was executed with details. The only fly in the ointment was when disembark waiting for car pickup in the lounge, we were asked to move to the other side because the area we sat was reserved for check in customers where there was no sign to indicate that. 'It was very nice that a combimation of different accomodations from the same chain formed some kind of village. The atmosphere in those streets was very nice and it was super clean, however there was not a lot of activity going on there in the evening'
'Everything was professionally done from the welcome center/waiting area, boat that takes you to yacht, luggages waiting at your room. Boat is impressive one year new. 'Great location about 15 minutes by scooter from Cat Ba town, ideal for exploring the island. Spacious rooms, freshly cooked meals, and scooters available for rent made our stay very convenient.'

'Good value for money, staff were great, food was plentiful and fresh, rooms could do with a spruce up but comfortable bed and had own bathroom/toilet. Crew were really helpful and they made the trip fun for all passengers. Squid fishing was fun and making Vietnamese spring rolls. Disappointing to see so much trash in the sea, although this is out of control of this particular cruise boat.'

"Zalige cruise met leuke activiteiten! Mooi en nieuw interieur. Vriendelijk personeel! Een onvergetelijke ervaring! Het personeel regelde voor ons ook vervoer naar onze volgende stop: Cat ba Island, omdat de cruise heel dicht bij het eiland stopte. Zo hoefden we niet met de transfer terug naar Tuan Chau. Als we dan toch 1 opmerking moeten geven, is het dat de drankjes aan de dure kant zijn in vergelijking met andere locaties die we deden in Vietnam. "
