'Spotlessly clean rooms, location, quality of decor and bedding.'

'There was no microwave in the room, and they could not accommodate the guests by putting one in the reception area. They kept giving excuses while other hotels in the area like holiday inn have microwave in their rooms. They refused to clean the room while staying for 5 days. Never stay here again.'

'The whole hotel smelt of cannabis and smoke. the bedroom was even worse, so bad that I had to leave at 1am as I was struggling to breathe in it. If your asthmatic or dont like the very strong smell of smoke I would avoid at all costs. The bedding stank of smoke and couldnt sleep on the pillows as was so bad'

'Clean linens and towels, spaceous room and secured parking. Convenient location for shopping , restaurants and subway/ train station close by. Cups an dishes and pots not cleaned ( one of the reasons is the lime in the water but staff should re wash items and dry them right away to avoid lime deposit). One of the washroom cupboard door handle was missing. A bit inconvenient. Parking is across from street ( some other building's parking with entry code) but we were not advised in advance that...

'We asked hotel to confirm we could have a parking space, they confirmed by email but neglected to mention it would cost £15. Check on was great, friendly person and helpful. Room was nice but metal clothes rack by bed didn’t leave much room and I bashed my knee on drawer knob. Venue was not great for sleep, they had very loud music until 01:15 an we did not sleep well as road was also loud from quite early. 'Prima hotel om alleen te slapen. De kamer vrij klein maar voor ons niet erg. Als er 1 puntje van commentaar moet zijn is het dat we zelf om schone handdoeken moesten vragen omdat ze het zelf niet verwisselen. Ze geven het wel zo mee zonder er voor te rekenen dus het is een kleine moeite.'
