'Small boutique hotel with amazing service and 24hr front desk. They also offer travel agency services like day trip options to Sapa, Ha Long bay, or Ninh Binh. Good sound proofing against the city noise which is probably top 3 criteria for Hanoi. Also offered great suggestions and tips whenever we passed the lobby. '
