'I love the TRU by Hilton chain! The hotels are fresh and looking modern and young. They’re clean and are also focused on younger people who do remote working. I always book a hotel from that chain and the one in Ashland was no exception. Breakfast is typically US, so not the best but super bad either.'

'The rooms were clean and fresh. Lots of parking available on property. The elevator was quite noisy when doors opened and closed. No alarm clock or clock in room. There were ants walking around on the table we sat at for breakfast.'

'The lady at the front desk gets 5 stars! The hotel was apparently oversold and she had no rooms that had not already been paid for. But when she saw that my reservation was also prepaid, she found me a good room and said, "I will have to deal with this later." She did not need the added stress but was very kind and helpful through it all. My only issue which is no fault of anyone there but the water pressure was barely enough for a decent shower. And the hot water ran out after about 5...

'Hotel is outdated and pretty awful. Best part was the full size refrigerator, but it looks like the type of hotel where people that are down on their luck live, not a place to stay.'

'Sleep Inn was so comfortable! The staff were incredible. Very caring and friendly. They really wanted to ensure our stay was perfect. The beds were super comfy, everything was clean, and the 12 pm check out time is clutch. The hot water and water pressure were also fabulous. I’d stay here again!'

'Ac worked well, but the smell of the room was awful. Even though a non smoking room was selected the room wreaked of cigarettes. The tv and internet didnt work well enough to stream any shows. No microwave in the room as mentioned. On the final night i am certain i saw a roach in the bathroom. So be aware of that issue as a possibility. '
